  • Designed and built a public-facing Experience Cloud site (Home, About Me, Certifications, Portfolio, Contact) to demonstrate end-to-end Salesforce configuration skills
  • Configured an Agentforce agent grounded on Data Cloud Data Library to handle visitor queries, integrated with Omni-Channel routing, Omni-Channel Flow and Enhanced Messaging to model real support workflows
  • Built lead-capture automation with Screen Flows, Email Templates, and Org-Wide Email Addresses, and managed dynamic content (certifications carousel) via CMS Workspaces

X (Twitter) Account Daily Digest Automation

  • Built an end-to-end n8n automation that monitors a list of X (Twitter) accounts and delivers an AI-summarized daily digest to a Gmail inbox, running on an automated schedule with zero manual intervention
  • Designed a multi-step pipeline: parsed and split batch account handles via JavaScript, chained two API calls to resolve user IDs and fetch tweets, then used Claude (Anthropic Chat Model) to summarize content into a digestible format
  • Aggregated multi-account summaries into a single consolidated digest and automated email delivery via Gmail integration
